Start off 2026 prioritising your health and wellness. We are excited to be partnering with Ocean Embers Sauna to offer you a full-body Pilates workout, followed by a refreshing sauna session!
Book NowWe are excited to be partnering with Ocean Embers Sauna to offer you a private Pilates and sauna experience, right in Heathcote Valley, Christchurch! Ocean Embers Sauna will be bringing their mobile sauna to our Pilates studio, where we will be offering a 50 minute Pilates class, followed by a 1 hour sauna session, along with a cold-pluge/shower option.
Event Details
• This event takes place on Saturday, January 31st.
• The Pilates class is 50 minutes, from 9:00-9:50am.
• This gives you 10 minutes after the Pilates class to change into your toggs, and jump into the pipping hot sauna.
• The sauna session will be from 10:00-11:00am.
• We will have a cold shower and ice-bath option outside the sauna for anyone who wants to cool-off!
• Bring your yoga mat, towels, toggs, water!

Alina is a certified Mat Pilates and Barre Instructor, with a diverse background in Pilates, Dance, Yoga, and various other movement disciplines.
Based in Christchurch, Alina offers Mat Pilates classes for adults and seniors. Classes are always fresh and exciting, with varied workouts each week. Modifications and challenges are offered in class to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
